We design and develop the annual performance and discussion process – (including non-ratings system). We ensure behaviours outlined in the capability frameworks are incorporated and facilitate a best practice approach for annual performance discussion.

We support organisations to provide regular feedback and help employees understand how they contribute to their organisation’s strategy and success. We develop the templates and the process for regular one-to-one growth discussions.

Learning & Development Frameworks and Activities

We design and develop tailored programs, on the job activities, references and online resources to support people development. We also produce capability development guides to support the organisation’s capability framework, providing leaders and staff with an instant resource. This resource is used to facilitate development and action planning for performance improvement. We take a holistic and best practice approach including the 70:20:10 approach.

We focus on developing agile resourcing and recruitment processes in order to ensure that organisations have the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time, committed to developing results.

Talent Management and Succession Planning

We partner with organisations to support their talent management strategy and processes to ensure that they are attracting, developing, retaining and deploying the best talent needed by organisations to achieve their strategic objectives.

In the area of succession planning, we assist organisations in cultivating future talent through bespoke programs and accelerated development initiatives including coaching, mentoring and sponsorship programs.
